HoffmantownKids Grade School Volunteer Responsibilities
All Volunteers of Hoffmantown Kids play a vital role in helping to fulfill the vision that God has given us: to lead children in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and to help Parents / Guardians create a Christ-Centered Home. There are three main areas that compile HoffmantownKids

Welcome Area:
The purpose of the Welcome Area is to greet and inform all members and guests of HoffmantownKids.
Check-In Desk Volunteers
1. Welcome and distribute check-in tags to families coming in
2. Fill out information sheets with first time guests
3. Tour Guide Volunteers
4. Lead new families to classroom
5. Inform them about HoffmantownKids
6. Introduce them to other Volunteers
7. Welcome Area Runners
8. Runners are volunteers that will support the Check-In Desk & Tour Guide Volunteers.

Small Group Area:
The Purpose of the Small Group Area is to provide a place for children to learn the applications of Biblical Virtues on a more intimate level with each other and a leader.
1. Lead children in discussions about The Bottom Line and how it applies to their life.
2. Build relationships with families in the small group.
3. Room Leaders/Grade Coordinators
4. Organize Small Group Leaders in the Grade/Room
5. Help Small Group Leaders by organizing materials when needed.
6. Room Helpers
7. Provide support for Small Group Leaders & Room Leaders during group time.

Large Group Area:
The Purpose of the Large Group Area is to provide an exciting environment where children can Learn about and Worship God.
1. Hosts
2. On Stage personality that engages Children to participate
3. Leads Welcome Segments and Activities that are relevant to the Bottom Line
4. Worship Leaders
5. Lead Children into worship
6. Speaker/Storyteller
7. Teaches Children about the Virtue and Bottom Line with the Weekly Story and Application
8. Actors & other On-Stage Volunteers
9. From Actors to Puppets, there are many different elements that are needed to create a fun and exciting environment for 10. kids to learn
11. Crowd Control Volunteer
12. Correct Children that are horsing around or being disruptive, and if persists remove the Child from situation and reseat.
13. Follow restroom procedures when a child asks to go.
14. Follow check-out procedures when adults pick up children.
15. You also may be asked to help the leaders pick kids to come on stage or play games.
16. Tech Team Volunteers
17. There are many different positions that run the Large Group Areas technically.
18. Sound Board Operator
19. Lighting Operator
20. Screens Operator
21. Camera Operator
22. Tech Team Helper
